Easy peasy! You can order from our website by clicking the “Shop” tab and choosing the perfect card. Or, if you’d rather, you can give us a holler and we’ll take care of it for you.
Absolutely! We love sending our handmade cards to friends and loved ones around the world. Please note that international shipping rates may vary depending on your location, so we’ll be in touch with you to confirm the details before sending your order.
PAYMENT AND RETURNS
Return and Exchange Policy
At Amigos, we understand the importance of your satisfaction and confidence in our products. To ensure that you receive only the highest quality customized greeting cards, we have implemented a return and exchange policy that is both flexible and fair.
Customized Greeting Cards:
For customized greeting cards, we strive to ensure that every design meets our high standards of quality and accuracy. However, in the rare event that we make a mistake, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Please note that any design or layout errors must be reported to us within 24 hours in order for us to process the return or exchange.
Other Products:
For all other products, including but not limited to printed materials, gifts, and accessories, you can return or exchange them within 5 days of delivery. Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Return and Exchange Procedure:

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the tracking number.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanged products will be shipped out within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
Exceptions:
The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Customized greeting cards with no design or layout errors
Products that have been used or damaged
Products that are missing original packaging or tags
Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee that they meet our high standards of excellence. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and we will replace it free of charge.
